Mixx by Yas betting deposits and withdrawals Tanzania

Name check: Tigo Tanzania became Yas and the fintech brand became Mixx by Yas. Yas says the rebrand did not require a new Mobile Money account and did not itself change existing services, pricing or contracts. An older cashier may still say Tigo Pesa, but the old label alone does not prove that the payment route works today.

Never share the wallet PIN or one-time code with operator support, an affiliate or a supposed payment agent. Mixx says its staff will not ask for the PIN.

Tigo Pesa label, Mixx by Yas receipt: what to compare

The Yas rebrand FAQ and Mixx FAQ were consulted on 13 September 2026. Use Mixx by Yas as the current wallet name and Tigo Pesa as the historical name when searching older instructions. A brand change alone does not validate a merchant request.

  1. If a cashier uses the older label, compare the recipient and payment reference with the wallet confirmation screen.
  2. Save the label displayed by each service as well as the amount and timestamp, so support can reconcile the same transfer.
  3. If the instructions disagree, ask official support to clarify the intended recipient before authorising the request.
  4. Check the withdrawal tab separately; accepting a deposit does not establish the return method.

For choosing an account, return to the bookmaker comparison. This naming check does not establish a tested cashier integration.

A ticket question is separate from a wallet payment

If you are trying to retrieve a Gwalabet record, see the booking-code and ticket controls. A ticket lookup does not establish that a wallet payment was credited.

Which name should the cashier show?

Treat “Mixx by Yas”, “Tigo Pesa” and “Yas Mobile Money” as search variants, not as three guaranteed payment products. The operator cashier is the live source for whether deposits are supported; the withdrawal screen is the separate live source for whether payouts are supported. If the label, beneficiary or instructions conflict, do not approve the prompt.

Deposit evidence

Open the cashier only after verifying the operator domain. Select Mixx by Yas, read the TZS minimum and maximum, enter a small test amount and inspect the confirmation prompt. The merchant identity and amount must match what you initiated. Save the operator transaction ID and wallet reference.

The official Mixx channels publish the USSD route *150*01#, the Mixx Super App and customer care 100. Use those details to identify the wallet channel, but initiate a betting payment only from the verified operator cashier.

Do not repeat a transfer merely because the betting balance has not updated. First check the wallet history and cashier status, then contact official support with references — never credentials. A key risk is assuming an old payment guide proves current operator support.

Withdrawal evidence

Complete KYC before relying on a payout estimate. Confirm that Mixx by Yas appears as a withdrawal method, that the destination number is correct and that any fee or limit is disclosed. Save the request time, amount, status changes and final wallet receipt.

Do not describe a successful deposit as a “Mixx withdrawal test”. It proves only that money entered the betting balance. A payout is verified only when the operator records a withdrawal ID and the same account holder receives the corresponding wallet reference.

Failed or reversed payments

Classify the problem: wallet debit with no betting credit, betting debit with no wallet credit, rejected request, or reversal. Contact the party whose ledger shows the unresolved transaction first. If the operator is GBT-licensed and support does not resolve it, prepare the complaint evidence.
